Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Frodito, we are deeply committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all our users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content and activities on our platform.
This document outlines our comprehensive approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to any threats to child safety, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Google Play's child safety standards policy.
2. Age Requirements and Restrictions
Frodito is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 16 to create accounts or use our services.
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old
- Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts immediately terminated
- We promptly delete any data associated with underage users upon discovery
- Parents or guardians can report suspected underage accounts
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE
We strictly prohibit any content, activity, or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are absolutely prohibited on our platform:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, text, or illustrations
- Sexualization of minors, including depictions or descriptions
- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish contact with minors for sexual purposes
- Trading, selling, or distributing CSAM
- Links to external sites containing CSAM or child exploitation content
- Requests for or offers of CSAM
- Sexual extortion (sextortion) involving minors
- Any content that exploits or endangers children
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant agencies.
4. Detection and Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent and detect CSAE content and activities:
4.1 Team-Based Moderation
- Team administrators have oversight of their team's content and member activity
- Team admins can remove members who violate policies
- Users can report concerns to their team admin or directly to support@frodito.com
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
4.2 Human Review
- Investigation of all user reports related to child safety sent to support@frodito.com
- Review of reported accounts and content
- Collaboration with team administrators to address concerns
4.3 Preventive Measures
- Clear Terms of Service and Community Guidelines prohibiting CSAE
5. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide multiple ways for users, parents, and law enforcement to report CSAE concerns:
5.1 Contact Your Team Admin
If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior within your team:
- Contact your team administrator immediately
- Team admins have the ability to remove members and manage team content
- Admins can escalate serious concerns to our support team
5.2 Direct Contact

You can also report CSAE directly to:
- National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline.org
- Local Law Enforcement: Contact your local police department
- FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center: IC3.gov
6. Response and Enforcement
When we receive a report or detect CSAE content or activity, we take immediate action:
6.1 Immediate Actions
- Content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement
- Associated account(s) are immediately suspended pending investigation
- User's access to the platform is terminated
- All related content and accounts are flagged for review
6.2 Investigation
- Comprehensive review of account history and activity
- Identification of any related accounts or content
- Collection and preservation of evidence
- Documentation of all findings
6.3 Law Enforcement Reporting
- All confirmed CSAE incidents are reported to NCMEC within 24 hours
- Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations
- Preservation of evidence as required by law
- Disclosure of user information to law enforcement as legally permitted or required
6.4 Account Termination
- Permanent ban from the platform with no option for appeal
- Device and IP address blocking to prevent account creation
- Notification to other platforms when appropriate and legally permitted
7. User Responsibilities
All users have a responsibility to help maintain a safe environment:
- Do not create, upload, share, or distribute any CSAE content
- Report any suspicious content or behavior immediately
- Do not engage with users who appear to be minors for inappropriate purposes
- Verify the age of individuals you interact with when appropriate
- Respect community guidelines and terms of service
- Protect your own account security to prevent unauthorized access
If you encounter CSAE content on our platform, do not share it, forward it, or save it. Report it immediately using our reporting mechanisms.
8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We maintain strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations:
- Member of industry coalitions fighting CSAE
- Regular communication with NCMEC and law enforcement
- Participation in industry best practices and information sharing
- Compliance with all legal preservation and disclosure requirements
- 24/7 availability for emergency law enforcement requests
- Dedicated legal team to handle law enforcement inquiries
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
While we are committed to user privacy, child safety takes absolute priority:
- We will disclose user information to law enforcement when required by law or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of children
- Reports of CSAE are treated with strict confidentiality
- Reporter identities are protected to the extent permitted by law
- Evidence is preserved securely and only shared with authorized parties
